Anthem HOA is divided into three distinct communities. There is one master association and sub-associations for Anthem Highlands, Anthem Ranch, and Anthem Reserve. Anthem Highlands fee is $132 per month, Anthem Ranch fee is $182 monthly and at this time, Anthem Reserve is $132 per month.
