AMI Advanced Management, LLC professionally manages the community. It is $65.15 per month (except for Painter’s Ridge, which is $54 per month). This includes trash and recycling, access to the clubhouse and pool including HOA planned activities, common area grounds maintenance, and snow removal.
Castle Rock is a beautiful and up and coming location. There are no major concerns for this area, and this is a great location for equity increases as more and more buyers are pushed to exterior locations where they can find more affordable properties.
