Family-oriented Bow Mar is a quiet little town with a population of around 900 and a land area of just under one square mile.
The town is situated in Arapahoe and Jefferson Counties and sits between Littleton and Englewood, just twelve miles
from Denver. Bow Mar prides itself on its quiet country setting, community involvement, and privacy. A public lake is maintained,
complete with a beach that is often used for events such as concerts and neighborhood gatherings. The lake is used for
socials and regattas during the summer months by the local yacht club. Bow Mar is also surrounded by incredible American
food eateries. One of which is the unique Smokin Fins, an interesting seafood and barbeque restaurant. There are plenty of
things for families to do nearby, such as Pirates Cove Water Park, Robert Clement Park, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater,
and Southwest Plaza Mall. Chatfield and Roxborough State Parks are impressive and scenic sites, both within sixteen miles.
The small-town atmosphere and convenient location makes Bow Mar a relaxing yet fun community for all families.
