BackCountry is in the final phase of development. Berkeley and Shea builders are closing out. Richmond American Homes will be

BackCountry is almost built out, so the early bird prices are long since gone. However, it’s still a beautiful area with a lot to offer in

BackCountry is located in Douglas County School District, feeding to: Stone Mountain Elementary School (K-6 grades),
