Real Estate Broker
Claudia A. Archuleta has been a Residential Realtor in the Longmont/Berthoud/Loveland region for nearly 25 years. She is the "go-to" expert in the area with granular knowledge of each neighborhood, every homebuilder, and has a reputation for providing concierge-level service. Claudia received the “Realtor of the Year” award by the Longmont Association of Realtors and the award for “Friendliest Realtor” from our local business community.
Licensed in the state of Colorado, Claudia has worked as a broker for Coldwell Banker Residential as well as ERA Tradewind Real Estate. She has been an active member of the Longmont Association of Realtors since 1998 and is currently serving a three-year term on the Board of Directors. She has her SRES, CRS, ABR, AHWB & CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist) designations and has successfully negotiated over 400 real estate transactions.
Claudia believes the most successful realtors are those who build a network of connections within the real estate community as well as the community at large. She's helped clients find their first homes, and they’ve returned to her time and again for every future real estate transaction. She's delighted to now be helping the children of those families purchase their first homes.
Claudia has deep roots in her community. She's a graduate of Longmont High School and Colorado State University in Ft. Collins. She has stayed connected to both institutions through active participation in their alumni associations. Claudia has two children and has lived in the Longmont Community for more than 35 years.
Claudia believes having a sense of gratitude and giving back to one's community is vital. She volunteers with the Longmont homeless shelter by serving meals and gathering school supplies for needy families in the area. She received the “Presidential Service Award” for her dedication to the community and her profession.
