Insulation Finished

Insulation is finished and approved. They insulated the upstairs bedrooms which is something I had asked for, but is nice.

Framers got a ton done on the garage remodel. Garage doors are back up. Webcam must have been unplugged.

Got permit for extra basement bed/bath and called in inspections for Monday,

Stucco crew looks done for now-- they won't put the color coat on until after drywall so the hammering doesn't crack it.

Drywall crew is supposed to stock today, maybe start tomorrow.

Garage remodel started

Framers started on garage remodel yesterday. Tore off roof, had to take (new) garage doors down-- poor planning; we should have waited to put them up. I worked a few hours cleaning out the garage since they have to add new joists in the garage.

Stucco crew still working.

Insulators still working.

A couple inspection items before gas meter can be signed off.

Electricians need to move two outlets due to change in hood design. Electricians have box ready for Xcel to put meter in.

Blogger site is down.
Permit for basement is reviewd, waiting for signature. Should be signed by end of week.
Insulation crew was there yesterday and today. Not sure if they are done.
Xcel sub contractor was out today—looks like they hooked up gas line.
Lonnies Crew will start on garage remodel today.
Stucco crew has been a no show for last two days—maybe too cold?
