Donate house to fire department
Spoke to fire department. Let. Maxwell. They can't burn house down, but can use it for training and help out the fire department. Should be a nice tax deduction. Called Doug and let him know we would need to delay demo until Monday June 5th.

Were you able to donate the house as a tax write off? I have a house I plan on tearing down and am wondering how I could accomplish the same thing. Thanks Errett
