His love of skiing and the aerospace engineering program at the University brought him to Boulder, Colorado where he continued his computer consulting business and became president of the university's ski club.
In college he became passionate about real estate and finance while reading numerous “how to get rich in real estate” books. He obtained his real estate license in 1992 at the age of 20 and has been helping loyal clients find their dream home for the last 20 years. Since buying his first townhome at the age of 20, Andrew’s been on a roll…having personally bought and sold over 75 homes himself. He’s built two custom homes, remodeled over 50 “fix & flips” and currently owns twenty rental properties. During one of the worst real estate markets in history Andrew purchased and sold over 50 homes, all but one at a profit. Eric's background as a loan officer, prior to working in real estate, sets him apart from the average Realtor. He is personable and likes to have fun with his work. Eric and his wife Teresa moved to Colorado from California, where Eric graduated with a business degree. He also served a two-year mission for his church in the Dominican Republic where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. Eric and Teresa's family includes four wonderful kids. It should also be noted that Eric is the official office Foosball champion with no plans to give up his title any time soon; his wakeboard skills however have room for improvement.
Jay’s prior experience working for a National REO Outsource company gives him an added edge in seeking out the best deals for his clients. Since joining Brass Key in 2005 Jay has played a big role in the acquisition of foreclosures for Mr. Batson’s investment fund. Jay has analyzed 1000’s of target acquisitions and been the winning bidder at public trustee auctions on dozens of properties in the past few years. After acquiring the foreclosures Jay helps market the properties after rehab.
This focus on finding the “diamonds in the rough” has helped Jay find some real bargains for his clients. Jay works tirelessly serving the needs of both our Sellers and Buyers. Jay has a degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. When he's not working Jay enjoys fishing, hunting, baseball, skiing and wakeboarding.
