Whether he is a Realtor®, loan officer or computer geek may depend on the time of day. An entrepreneur from an early age, Andrew started a computer consulting business in 1987 while in high school. His love of skiing and the aerospace engineering program at the University brought him to Boulder, Colorado where he continued his computer consulting business and became president of the university's ski club.
While in college he developed an interest in real estate and shortly after obtaining his real estate license he became a mortgage broker. His background in computer technology combined with his new found real estate and mortgage career served as the catalyst for his invention of the Loan Origination Center (a remote controlled computer kiosk and mortgage origination software), and his co-founding of mortgage lender IFS Direct. IFS Direct was eventually acquired and Mr. Batson continued as VP of Technology, developing a multi-million dollar mortgage origination application, all the while continuing to grow his own real estate and mortgage business with his wife, Kaly.
Since 2001 Andrew has worked full-time as President of YourWayLoan and Brass Key Property Brokers. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1992 and a mortgage loan originator since 1993. Besides spending time with his wife and three children, Andrew enjoys snow skiing and water-skiing.

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a psychology degree Kaly worked in the human resources department of Corporate Express. She left to join Andrew as an associate broker. Batson Real Estate was renamed Brass Key Property Brokers in honor of Kaly's fondness for collecting keys. Kaly proved an instant success, doubling the company's business in her first year. Her ability to listen to and understand the desires of each individual client are a key factor in her success. Her attention to detail makes her a homebuyer's best friend when it comes to walkthroughs and inspections. Kaly spends her time devoted to her three young children.

Eric's background as a loan officer, prior to working in real estate sets him apart from the average Realtor. His ability to counsel with clients on available financing terms and options allows him to tailor real estate contracts to his buyer's advantage. Eric has been an associate broker with Brass Key since 2002, and is the top producing agent in the office year after year. He is personable and likes to have fun with his work. Eric and his wife Teresa moved to Colorado from California, where Eric graduated with a business degree. He also served a two-year mission for his church in the Dominican Republic where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. Eric and Teresa's growing family includes four wonderful kids. It should also be noted that Eric is the official office Foosball champion with no plans to give up his title any time soon; his wakeboard skills however have room for improvement.

Kim ensures that no detail or deadline is missed. Our clients love the timely follow through that is Kim's trademark. Her experience as a loan officer and trainer gives her an edge in getting even the most challenging loans approved. In her capacity as real estate transaction manager Kim tracks each document and deadline to be sure that all contractual obligations are met. She is the hub of all activity and is a critical force in making our real estate and mortgage team operate so efficiently and with such great service.

Susie combines her knowledge of financing and real estate to make sure that her client is always in a strong negotiating position. After listening to each individual buyer’s needs, she educates them throughout the home buying process until they find the perfect home, at the price they want to pay. Sellers benefit from her attention to detail and ability to negotiate the best possible price and selling terms for their home. When she’s done showing homes and listing properties for sale, Susie enjoys spending time in the mountains telemark skiing and hiking.

Jay Denit's prior experience working for a National REO Outsource company gives him an added edge in seeking out
the best deals for his clients. Jay has responsibility for managing Brass Key's foreclosure acquisiton department and has found some
real bargains for our clients. Jay works tirelessly serving the needs of both our Sellers and Buyers. Jay has a degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. When he's not working (and he works a lot!) Jay enjoys golf, baseball, skiing and wakeboarding.
