Brass Key partners with Alek's Christmas Lights and the University of Maryland Center For Celiac Research.
Alek Komarnitsky, of international fame for his elaborate Christmas Lights website, has put his star status to good use supporting research for celiac disease. Alek's Christmas Website features a web cam allowing web surfers to view and control the 26,000 lights on his Lafayette, Colorado home.
When Alek offered recognition on his heavily trafficked website for businesses donating a $1,000 or more to the Center For Celiac Research, Brass Key was the first to donate.

Buy One, Sell One Free Offer Saves Homeowners Thousands
Brass Key Property Brokers, a leading provider of real estate and mortgage services in Colorado, introduced its Buy One, Sell One Free offer to local homeowners. Brass Key's founder, Andrew Batson, explains, "In the past when a homeowner wanted to upgrade to a new home they would be stuck paying a 6% commission to sell their home, plus a couple thousands dollars in additional closing costs. With our new offer we don't charge the homeowner a commission to sell their old home. They pay just the 2.8% co-op fee to the Buyer's agent. Brass Key earns income as commission paid by the seller or builder on a replacement home.
